We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency with QuickBooks, and experience working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls promptly, providing professional assistance to clients, vendors, and staff
- Manage faxing, filing, and photocopying efficiently to maintain organized records
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and accessible
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and office documents with attention to detail
- Support bookkeeping and QuickBooks tasks, including data entry and transaction tracking
- Assist staff and management with administrative projects and office coordination

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated office administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency with email systems and general computer use
- Completion of Grade 12 or GED

Preferred Qualifications / Assets:
- Office Administration or Accounting Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience with QuickBooks

Project Manager - $35 an hour and profit sharing
Minimum of 10 years experience
organizes, plans, and executes projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Project managers lead entire teams, define project goals.

Foreman - 🛠 $32-40 an hour starting MUST have Minimum 6 Years Experience.
Ability to lead a crew (2 additional labourers)
Communicate Clearly & Effectively,
Problem Solving & Decision Making Abilities,
Technical skills of the trade,
Read & Interpret relevent construction documents.
Set & achieve deadlines & goals.
Positive can-do attitude

Labourer - 🛠 $20 -30
Communicate Clearly & Effectively,

Willing to take courses & apprenticeship

Shingles we installed in the fall of 25’. We are very grateful for the shingle opportunities sent our way.

We completed another shingle project in September, transitioning from brown to grey, over a span of two days.
The homeowner kindly provided coffee, pulled pork, and snacks. The second day we had chicken noodle soup, cheese and pickles. With pumpkin pie for dessert.
Thank you for going above and beyond treating the team. The opportunity to provide our services is very much appreciated!
