Over the summer a few staff members left our staff. Mrs. Jody Copeland accepted a position as an Instructional Coach, Mrs. Sara Sampson moved away, and Mrs. Bonita Brenner retired. We wish them all the best in the future!

Accordingly, our staff has had a few changes since last year. We have several new teachers, including Mrs. Amanda Fonstad in Special Support, Mrs. Jenni Wall teaching various subjects in K-6, Mrs. Amy Wiebe in Learning Support and Mrs. Kaylee Nickel in 2A. We also have a teacher intern, Kai Schmidt, in our school until Christmas break working in Grade 5A with Mrs. Reed. In addition, May Ogoc and Gail Alfonzo will be joining our staff as Educational Assistants, and Frankie Dupuis will be our new custodian.

The Spruce Ridge staff is an awesome team, and we are all committed to your child’s success!!!

Students and families... please join us for our Back to School BBQ on Tuesday, September 1st between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. It's come and go. You can meet our new staff members, see your child's classroom and enjoy a hotdog courtesy of the SCC!
