Red for Ed - This Friday, May 29th!
Pull that red back out and wear it this Friday, May 29th, as we continue to show solidarity with one another and our support of public education, building upon our momentum from one month ago!
While you have your Red for Ed on full display, make sure to grab a photo with all participating TBU members - the branch with the largest percentage of TBU members sporting red in the photo submission(s) for that branch will win prize packs for all TBU members in the photo(s). Our Pride Celebration is on June 13th!! 🌈
This free, family-friendly event runs from 12:00 – 4:30 pm and welcomes members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, allies, and supporters from Centre Wellington and surrounding communities. The Celebration aims to create and foster a q***r-positive space that highlights the care, joy, and strengths of our local q***r community.
Throughout the afternoon, visitors can enjoy live stage performances, community vendors and educational booths, food trucks, free activities, door prizes, and opportunities to connect.
