Cedar Point Cottage sits on Mosquito Lake which is connected to 6 other lakes. These lakes are considered to have the best fishing on the Rideau Canal. Large and Small Mouth Bass and Northern Pike are the most frequent caught. The lakes also have Bullhead Catfish, Perch, and lots of Pan Fish.
