Kevcon Construction is looking for a confident, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, and help keep daily office operations on track.

In this position, you will play an important role in supporting both our office and field teams. Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling and coordination, assisting with financial and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate and organized records, and helping ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, resourceful, and committed to contributing to the success of the business.

📢 Winter Reminder 🚨

Cold snaps don’t have to mean ice dams. A few 10-minute checks can save your roof, fascia, and foundation. Here’s how to keep water moving all winter.

⚠️ Remove rain barrels: Drain & unhook diverters before the first hard freeze. Full barrels → frozen downpipes → cracked fittings & leaks.
⚠️Clear downspouts: Keep the last 2–3 ft free of piled snow so meltwater can escape. Add extensions so water drains well away from the foundation.
⚠️Roof-rake the eaves: If possible, after big snows, pull the first 3–4 ft of snow off the eaves from the ground. That reduces melt-refreeze at the roof edge and keeps weight off the eavestrough system.
⚠️Secure hardware & seal joints: Tighten loose hangers; spot-seal drips so they don’t turn into ice mustaches.
⚠️Prevent future clogs: Leaf guards under tree lines keep troughs flowing when temps bounce above/below zero.

After months of back-and-forth with Google while updating our business address to our new (and exciting!) office location, our Google Business Profile is finally back up and active. 🎉🙌

What happened?
In the process of moving our address, our page was marked permanently closed, moved to an old address, and even duplicated with missing info. For almost 4 months this affected our visibility, leads, and — honestly — our patience.

But today? We’re live again, our reviews are {mostly}intact, and our profile is showing properly.
There are still a few small things to restore, but we’re relieved to be visible to our community once again.
