This is what legal gun owners look like.

My name is Joe Eppele, I live in my hometown of Squamish, BC. I am a hunter and responsible gun owner. I love my family and I love my country. We are not the problem.

Hunting has always been a part of my life, it has taught me many invaluable life lessons, not the least of which is how important it is to respect fi****ms and always handle them appropriately. I have seen first hand what they can do and learned at a very young age that they are not a toy… a lesson I will be teaching my son as well.

As a legal responsible gun owner I am a member of the least criminally active group in our country yet for some reason is choosing to target myself and others with the continued amendments to Bill C-21.

It is time our government starts enforcing new policies that target the real criminals and stops using Canada’s legal gun owners as scapegoats.
