- Medical Kit -
Often an overlooked topic and sometimes wholly avoided. It seems like nine times out of ten (from our experience) individuals training at the range or events do not carry medical equipment with them or on their person. If something happens, it will happen fast. When it does, you have only seconds to react. You do not have time to call 911, pull up a YT video or find someone that can help. This concept does not only apply to range training and fi****ms. On average, one of our most dangerous daily activities is driving. Would you be prepared to act as a first responder in the case of a significant motor vehicle accident if needed?

It begs the question, how many of you in our community carry medical supplies? These supplies could be on you via an ankle kit, pockets, inside a vehicle, etc. Also, how many of you have adequate training to respond to various life-threatening situations?

If this is something you have been considering, we recommend doing it sooner than later, especially when times are relatively good.
