Has charted on many regional radio stations in the maritime provinces as both Artist/song and writer. Sand Castles Studio is now a private studio for the use of Barry Gilmour, Co- writers, band members from his former band ,Break Point, Antigonish Nova Scotia and Friends. Others are welcome by invitation only, on a case by case basis. Fees depend on the project, usually free, except for related expenses ,
For others to be considered and possibly, given an initial meeting, You must email [email protected] with a request. This request needs to include a small bio, your goals and expectations, a project outline, a timeline, an mp3 containing a rough demo as an example of your of your work. guitar +voice or piano +voice fine,+Lyric sheet. If we are interested we will contact you and ask if you would like to have an informal initial meeting. From the meeting we can get to know each other better and we can and we can mutually agree that all of us are willing and can work together we both feel that we can meet the needs required for you and your project. We are pleased to announce that SandcastledStudios will be offering Lessons in bass ,(upright,fretless, fretted), Guitar, Keyboards, arranging and production.

Andrew Glover:
Andrew graduated from the Grant MacEwan Community College, and studied solo piano with Adrian Chornowol and Charlie Austin. He has worked with Mike Rud, Jack Semple, Kennedy Jensen, Dianne Donovan, the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Scott Hamilton and Sheena Easton among others. For over ten years he toured extensively with the Big Miller Band.
In addition, many artists have performed and recorded Andrew's compositions. Six of the eleven compositions on Jack Semple's "Grey and Yellow" CD were written by Andrew, as well as four songs for Dianne Donovan's release "Yes or No". He was also a principal writer for Edmonton's 'Pazzport'. Andrew's compositions and arrangements have been performed or recorded by John Abercrombie, Anna Beaumont, Caroline Mae Johnson, Jacek Kochan, Pat LaBarbera, Theresa Lightfoot, George McFetridge, Don Thompson, Jean-Pierre Zanella, and Alfie Zappacosta.

Am repurposing this page to feature my songwriting endeavours as well as the change of the status and use of my studio , SandCastle Recording, into mainly a personal songwriter and mixing studio.
The radiation used to treat and cure my throat cancer has Limited my voice to a point where I cannot use it professionally, to sing or record and release material, without the use of copious and long runs of dangerous prescription steroids.
I use it only now for limited song demos.
However I'm alive and cancer clear and free for over six years.
I wish everyone and their families ,happiness, health and safety , now,and in the years ahead.

New single has been recieved back from Abbey Road Mastering and the art work is done. I up loaded it to Tune Core tonight . Hopefully it will go live on iTunes, Google play and others in the next day or so . I will post a sample on line when I get it
