Spent the last few days learning and helping my love re shingle the roof. Not quite done but MAN… The respect I have for the people that do this every day!
Big thank you to James for always teaching me new things, being patient with me, and helping me get on and off the ladder 800 times since I’m scared of heights! 😂😂😅

Bought myself a unicorn island earlier this year and I can honestly say I have 0 regrets! 😍 It’s taking everything in me to not keep in inflated in the basement until I can use it again. 😂😂

There will be all sorts of sports and fitness vendors doing demonstrations and showcasing the importance of healthy and active living!

Does anyone else feel like they’ve been in a bit of a funk lately?��
These past two years have been incredibly difficult for everyone, so I am considering doing a Wellness Bingo or a 30-Day Wellness Challenge.��Wellness Bingo
⭐️ 1 daily challenge (Fitness, Self-Care, Nutrition, ect...)
⭐️ 1 random letter/number called daily, if you get BINGO, you win a prize.
*Depending on the number of participants, there could be multiple winners and prizes.

⭐️ Daily wellness challenges
⭐️ 3 workouts per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
⭐️ Minimal equipment required – Resistance bands/Mini Bands and Dumbbells are ideal but if you do not have those, send me a message and I will send you replacement options!
⭐️ Nutrition/Meal Ideas
Both groups would be held in a Facebook group or could be available via e-mail.��💪🏼Right now both ideas are still in the works, but I just wanted to see which of the two people would be more interested in, so please let me know in the comments!
