Le Marchand Mansion sits grandly on the escarpment of the North Saskatchewan River. Completed in 1911, it was one of the first major apartment blocks in Edmonton. Named for owner Rene Lemarchand, the Beaux Arts inspired building originally contained 43 suites, each with two to seven rooms. Do you have a story to share about this Edmonton landmark?

The City of Edmonton is conducting a Vision Zero Street Lab on the Victoria Promenade!
They would like to learn from the 2020 and 2021 mobility lane to create a space for people of all ages and abilities, to walk, scoot, and roll.

Renovated DeVine’s House For Sale

The former home of deVine's Restaurant in the Oliver Community is for sale. Extensive renovations have recently uncovered the original brick exterior and it appears the interior has been gutted, with the addition of a modern steel stairwell.
This 1908 home is one of three once-identical Hill Houses overlooking the High Level Bridge.
