Where did things really pick up in May?

This is a good snapshot of how a few key communities around the region performed, and a couple of them had a very strong month. Sherwood Park and St. Albert especially stood out, but there was solid movement across the board.

New month, new stats!

As we got toward the end of spring, May brought more listings to the market than April and gave buyers a bit more choice overall. Even with that extra inventory, the Edmonton region stayed in balanced market territory.

The spring market was not just busy in Edmonton.

Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Fort Saskatchewan all saw solid activity in April too. A good reminder that some really strong options are still showing up across the whole region.
