FMP Group recently delivered a full-scope mechanical solution for a client facility.

As a single-source provider, we handled every step — from fabricating spools, to executing the turn-key Hot Taps and completing the tie-ins with the new spool installation. By integrating fabrication and field services under one umbrella, we minimized client coordination, improved efficiency, and kept operations running without any client concerns.

This is a pre-heating wrap, a critical piece of equipment used here in the bend yard to warm up the pipe section before welding. Pre-heating helps prevent cracking in the steel, ensuring a strong, durable, and safe weld by controlling the cooling process.

It’s all about precision and quality control from the ground up to ensure the integrity of the pipeline!
