Ulocladium sp. identified during analysis of a surface sample we collected in a water damaged environment. This species is often misidentified as Alternaria or Pithomyces. The defining morphology is the presence of “zig zag” shaped hyphae and sporulation occurs through a small pore in the hyphae.
