The UAHRMA Annual Case Competition is happening on October 20th starting at 10:30 AM in the Carruthers Students Commons. It’s an exciting opportunity to tackle real-world HR challenges, showcase your talents, and receive invaluable feedback from experienced HR professionals!

This competition is open to all undergraduate students, with options for individual or group registrations.

Our guest speaker is Luke Butterworth, co-founder of EPIC Market, a food hall, events and media company with its flagship location on Whyte Ave. Prior to EPIC, Luke graduated from the University of Alberta Executive MBA and was part of and co-founded three startups in Telehealth, Robotics and AI/ML.

Luke is an advocate and ally for startups all throughout the Edmonton ecosystem. Presently he is helping grow ICE at the UofA and providing direct support to founders wherever he can.

This Human Resources related case is a great opportunity to utilize class room knowledge in a real life business setting and improve your analytical and problem solving skills (as well as adding professional experience to your resume).
