Join us at Little Brick for an intimate River Valley Sessions with Von Bieker, where music and stories come together in a cozy setting🔥🎶
River Valley Sound is your chance to enjoy intimate performances by some of Edmonton's most beloved singer-songwriters, hosted in one of Edmonton's oldest homes-turned-café. Come sit by the fire, enjoy a wonderful beverage and food pairing while hearing music performed up close. The evening includes a question and answer period with the artist, where the audience has the chance to get to know the performer on a personal level.
In June, Little Brick welcomes Von Bieker, who has built a loyal following through thoughtful songwriting, emotionally resonant performances, and an unmistakable stage presence. His 2024 album DUMB HOPE earned national attention, reaching #6 on the !Earshot Folk/Roots/Blues chart, landing on CKUA’s Top 100 Albums of 2024, and being named one of the Edmonton Journal’s 10 Must-Listen Albums of the year.
Drawing inspiration from Bahamas, Bruce Cockburn, Glen Hansard, and Talking Heads, Von Bieker delivers songs that are equal parts heartfelt, honest, and memorable. Whether performing with his band or in an intimate solo setting, he creates the kind of connection that stays with audiences long after the final note.
