If you are hosting events during COVID we have compiled some basic tips for you. Staring with the fact that 200 is the *MAX number of guests you can have together(*currently in ) - and this only applies if your event is outdoors and seated. The numbers decrease for events indoors or cocktail style. Swipe right ➡️ for helpful tips when you are the event host. PLEASE everyone, if you choose to gather, do it safely and follow the rules! This involves a HUGE layer of planning, but it MUST be done. @ Edmonton, Alberta

There is a lot of information to comb through these days. To break it down into bite size pieces can be tricky. Here are the coles notes on how many people can gather as of today for events. There are constant changes being announced, and events like trade shows and exhibits are being added to the list, however will fall other other guidelines. We are referring to gatherings of the corporate / social nature in this post. One thing to remember is that while these numbers increase, social distancing is still required outside of a cohort. So when you are planning for seating and spacing this needs to be top of mind and adds an extra layer of preparation and communication. Also, remember this is people, not just guests, so count yourself, events staff and anyone present in the space to ensure you are complying. Living La Vida CoVid. The show must go on...just leaving lots of space and taking ALL the precautions.
