Tonight’s training will be loaded with information and is a great opportunity to come check it out, ask questions, meet some of the people involved, and get a better understanding of what Team is all about.

For me personally, teaming has been one of the most rewarding parts of my own journey.

There is something completely different about going back into the room once you’re no longer there just for yourself. You get to watch other people have their moments, push through the things that have held them back, discover things about themselves, and sometimes completely change right in front of you.

And somewhere along the way, while you’re there supporting them, you keep growing too.

Teaming has challenged me in my leadership, communication, patience, accountability, and my ability to show up for other people without needing to control their experience. It has given me friendships, connection, purpose, and opportunities to see just how much of a difference simply showing up for another human being can make.

I’ve learned some of my biggest lessons while sitting on the other side of the room.
