This is Marie, reporting from Mennonite Voluntary Service in good ol' Texas. How y'all doing.
I would like to say, as an alumni of MVS Edmonton, that the work that I did in Alberta was so incredibly life-giving and inspiring. There has been a snowball effect in my life, forgive my wintery puns, as without MVS Edmonton I would not be here in Texas continuing my crazy volunteering adventures.
Maybe this page is dead, I hope not, but in any case I just wanted to fill in some space on this here page by giving MVS Edmonton a hearty, verbal pat on the back. :P Thanks to everyone who made my experience so fantastic and unforgettable.
Love you long time.

Please pray for a coworker of mine at the Mustard Seed, whose cousin and her family are mourning the loss of her 2 year old son, Greyson. He was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare kind of childhood cancer that develops in infants and young children. He passed away yesterday.
May they feel the presence and the love of Jesus during this very difficult time.
