Sold!!
This 1/2 duplex bareland condo (land too) sold soon after hitting the market with multiple offers. As a vacant property, we staged it and I know it made all the difference. I work with both Buyers and Sellers and this gives me the perspective needed to see the bigger picture and ultimately reach the final goal. Seeing colour/contrast and furniture helps my buyer clients see themselves in a home, which is really huge when they are considering the ONE or they might otherwise pass it by.
So when a property shows its best, my seller wins too!
