⭐ We are incredibly grateful to everyone who is taking our recent request to heart by purchasing and delivering new or gently used infant sleepers to Basically Babies. Your generosity helps ensure that we can continue creating layettes for newborns in need, giving families a warm and caring start during a challenging time.

⭐ A very special thank you goes to the Melinda Green Memorial Foundation for their immediate response and extraordinary generosity. They quickly took action and donated more than 200 brand-new infant sleepers, making a tremendous impact on our ability to serve babies and families in our community.

Every sleeper donated represents comfort, dignity, and care for a newborn who needs it most. Thank you for helping us make a difference, one baby at a time. 💕

⭐ We are in desperate need of sleepers as we create layettes this week and next, and wondered if any of you would be willing to help out! ⭐

We accept new or gently used sleepers size newborn-24 months. At the moment our most serious need is in the 0-6 month category. We found a couple of great deals through Walmart.ca and if you or someone you know are able to purchase and have them delivered to our warehouse at 14839-118 Ave Edmonton, AB T5L 2M7, we would be so grateful!. We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to these amazing Ladies from TELUS for all the love and support you’ve shown to Basically Babies. Your hard work in cleaning, sorting, and sizing baby clothes has made a huge difference, and we’re so grateful that You Give Where You Live!

The positive energy and enthusiasm you brought while volunteering were absolutely infectious! It felt like such a breath of fresh air, and we really loved having you with us. We got so much done together and can’t wait to welcome you back again!

Our Ford Transit Van has returned to YEG completely full of inventory! A huge thank you to the amazing Basically Babies YYC volunteers and Jen Brookman (Manager of Operations YYC) for preparing 181 beautiful baskets filled with much-needed inventory! And another big thank you to the fabulous TELUS YEG volunteers who helped unload them all!

These essential items will now be transformed into beautiful layettes for Calgary families experiencing extreme need as they welcome their newborns. Your kindness and support make such a meaningful difference! 💕

As you're sorting through your children's closets, consider setting aside the baby items they've outgrown and donating them to Basically Babies.

Every donation helps outfit newborns and infants in our community with the essentials they need for a healthy start. Clothing, blankets, sleepers, and other baby necessities can make a meaningful difference for families facing difficult circumstances.

While the rain falls outside, you can help bring comfort and care to a baby in need. 💙

We just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to the North Glenmore Park Community Association for their amazing support during their baby clothing drive for Basically Babies! Your kindness truly makes a difference in the lives of those we help.

We are also very grateful for the wonderful group of Chaplains/Teachers from the Calgary Catholic School Board who joined us at Basically Babies! Their dedication and kindness shone brightly as they rolled up their sleeves to help sort, clean, and organize baby clothes.

It’s so inspiring to see what we can achieve together. As Helen Keller said, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

Jennifer, our Calgary Manager of Operations, was truly honored recently when she was asked to speak about Basically Babies at the IODE Provincial meeting! This amazing group always goes above and beyond to support Basically Babies. Together, they collected hundreds of baby items and financial donations for Basically Babies and we are feeling so thankful for their generosity and support! ❤️
