Crazy to think one of the very first players to ever train with CC Football is now representing his home country at the 2026 World Cup.
Proud to have seen part of the journey firsthand. This is all down to his hard work and dedication. One of the hardest working players I know, and I don’t know anyone more deserving of this opportunity.

One to Watch: Matas Jokubaitis
From Dev Squad sessions in Edmonton to the professional game in Sweden.
Matas’ journey is exactly what we aim to build at CC Football. A high level environment where players can stay sharp, develop, and prepare for the next step.
Matas has been training with CC Football over the past two years, continuing to sharpen his game during the offseason and stay at a high level physically and mentally.
From Whitecaps residency to Cavalry FC, and now competing in Sweden, his journey reflects what happens when talent meets the right environment and consistency.

We’re proud to share that Anthony Perez has been invited into the Vancouver Whitecaps MLS Next program.
