The future of power won't be managed manually.

- It will be monitored.
- Controlled.
- Automated.

The organizations gaining the greatest advantage aren't simply adding infrastructure.

They're gaining visibility into it.

- Real-time data.
- Remote operation.
- System intelligence.
- Faster decision making.

Because reliability isn't just about what happens in the field.

It's about understanding what's happening across the system before it becomes a problem.

Equipment arriving on site is not the finish line.

- Testing.
- Commissioning.
- Validation.
- Energization.

The difference between delivered and operational can determine project success.

Some of the most significant risks in a power system are invisible.

- Underground.
- Behind walls.
- Out of sight.
- Until they aren't.

The strongest organizations identify risk before it becomes disruption.

Most failures don't start during an outage.

They start years earlier.

- A maintenance program that became reactive.
- A cable system that wasn't tested.
- An electrical system that changed while documentation stayed the same.

Reliability is built.

And it starts long before failure.

Heading to Orlando for the 7x24 Exchange Spring Conference?

Our team will be there discussing the engineering, testing, commissioning, automation, and field services that help keep mission-critical facilities operating reliably.

If you're attending, we'd love to connect.

See you in Orlando.

You know what nobody wants to hear during startup?

“Something isn’t reading right.”

That is why commissioning matters. Because once the system is energized, the excuses disappear pretty quickly.

Testing.
Verification.
Coordination.
Troubleshooting.
Ex*****on.

This is the work that decides whether a project moves forward… or everybody starts pointing fingers.

Good thing our teams are more interested in finding problems than hiding from them.

There is a lot of conversation right now around grid modernization, power demand, aging infrastructure, and electrification.

And all of it matters.

But eventually, somebody still has to show up to site at 2AM during an outage, work through major shutdown planning, test the system, troubleshoot the issue, engineer a solution, and help get critical infrastructure back online safely.

That is the part we know well.

The planning.
The pressure.
The ex*****on.
The accountability when timelines and reliability are on the line.

Proud of our team out there doing the work every day. 💪

Shout out to Matt Lindsay for this great photo. Who said field service isn't pretty? (It sure is - according to the marketing team anyway 😍)

We are out at Hole 14 today for the ECABC Vancouver Chapter Annual Golf Tournament.

If you are on the course, stop by and catch Rob Caya and Matt Williams for a conversation between swings.

Great weather, great people, and a great day with the industry.

We are not responsible for any unsolicited golf advice handed out throughout the day. 😄

Everybody wants reliability.

Very few people talk about what it actually takes to get there.

That is where our team come in.

A lot of infrastructure looks fine… right up until it doesn’t.

That is why NETA testing matters. Our field teams are in live industrial environments every day, finding the problems no one sees yet, validating system performance, and helping customers stay ahead of outages before downtime starts writing the schedule.

Aging infrastructure is not slowing down. What are you seeing most in the field right now?
