We’re proud to recognize Maddox and Dantae, two of our technicians currently working through their Heavy Duty Technician Apprenticeships through Alberta’s Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) program 👨‍🔧

They both came to Kingpin Trailers through the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) while still in high school to gain real-world experience in the industry before officially registering as apprentices. Since then, they’ve continued building their skills through a combination of technical training, classroom education, and thousands of hours of hands-on shop experience.

They're now both working through the four-year Heavy Duty Technician apprenticeship, and it's been an absolute pleasure watching them both grow in their professions!

Supporting continued learning and development is a huge part of who we are at Kingpin Trailers. The future of the trucking and trailer industry depends on knowledgeable, hardworking technicians like Maddox and Dantae, and we’re excited to be part of their journey 👏
