The new house for me and the wife is trucking along! came and did there thing with the blue goo! We framed up the basement development already as well! We look forward to spend Xmas in the new house!

Rise and grind! We worked thru the rain yesterday to toss the roof up today/frame it in. This is #10 three story unit for us to frame up! 👊🔨💪

Solo sub floor sheeting set up! All cordless duh 😂 Man basket then just chuck everything on that and boom up! Cordless saw, glue gun, blower and screw fastener.

Got the drone up at 7am today before the thick fog rolled in for a couple hours! Will go back and toss windows/doors in when they decide to show up! We got the next house rolling now!

Easy 2nd floor joist and sheeting day on 1000sq/ft. Right before we get a 10cm snow dump tomorrow 💔 Lots of foundations ahead of us and more coming! 💪🔨🔨🪚
