We are continuing to accept intakes for our upcoming groups starting this month! Registration for the Emotion Regulation Skills Group for PTSD is now open until January 15th.

Our Emotion Regulation Skills Groups are DBT-informed groups designed to help you learn skills to cope with overwhelming emotions, reduce impulsivity, enhance interpersonal relationships, and ultimately achieve your own personal goals. We also have Emotion Regulation Skills Groups for Adults, Teens (13-17), and Children (8-12).

Additionally, we are running a Circle of Security Parenting Group this February. Based on decades of research on parenting, the Circle of Security Parenting program enhances the relationship between you and your child by giving you the tools to understand and respond to your child’s needs to help them feel secure and supported.

This reflective group is designed to help you gain the tools to build a more secure relationship between you and your child, gain greater confidence as a parent, and learn new ways to support your child’s emotional and social development while enhancing their bond with you.

➡️ Ketamine Therapy Group for First Responders: Our specialized Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy group is designed to provide support and relief to public safety personnel affected by job-related stress. We offer safe, medically supervised treatment in a group setting specifically designed for participants to heal together.

➡️ Ketamine Group Maintenance Sessions: Open to all who have previously been in one of our ketamine therapy programs, our 2-hour intramuscular ketamine maintenance sessions are designed to help you sustain the benefits of your previous treatment.
