THE TRUE SECRET TO RESULTS IS ACTUALLY QUITE SIMPLE; DISCIPLINE
Yes!
Discipline builds healthy habits. Once you actively choose to do a task continuously it develops into a habit. The hardest part of developing habits is pushing your brain to complete a task when your body is telling it to relax.
Discipline to build habits improves your health and wellness but also to increase productivity and performance at your job or home.
Did you know “up to 40% of our daily actions are powered by habits”?! We are what we repeatedly do.
How do we develop discipline?
Start by picking the right small behaviours and sequence them; this could be making the bed every morning.
Soon you won’t have to motivate yourself and the habit will happen naturally.
Habits will free up your energy for more important tasks in your life, boost your creativity and drive you forward.
Training your brain to DO instead of letting yourself procrastinate or get lazy will lead progress in your life and health.
Keep including simple tasks day after day, week after week. This is how you build discipline.

One of the top five main issues!
Time!
Why are you struggling to go to the gym?
“Because I don’t have enough time,
Why are you struggling with your nutrition?
“Because I’m too busy, I’ll just grab something quick.”
Everything always comes down to how much time. Even if you’re not in a rush, you’ll always find the path that takes less time to get from point A-B or get a product.
Audit your day; look at where time is getting used or wasted. Log all of it! Start to schedule your days; time block each activity, when times up, move on to the next task.
But,
Don’t schedule it all too tight, leaving you rushed or cutting into new tasks. Make it manageable to get done.
Plan, Prepare, Action = Results.
Always starts with planning.
