When we investigate building envelope failures we always start with the resulting damage and think critically and clinically to discover the cause and origin of the failure. What is wrong?, Where did it occur?, What are the possible causes?, And for a process of redundancy there is always the question of Could this be resulting from anything else?. The details are the most important and often overlooked.

A windy day can cause some serious damage to a property. Wind storm on January 19, 2021 took the metal roof overlay right off the building. WBE was asked to assist in the scope of rebuild to bring back to pre-loss conditions.

All in a day's work. had a massive windstorm on the 19th of January causing catastrophic damage to homes, property, and commercial/institutional structures. WBE was retained to prevent further damages and repair this structure. Job called in at 9am and repaired by 9pm the same day. Effeciency in effectiveness.

Exterior wall has been removed and wall rebuild underway. The important details for tie ins on a log structure have created points of critical thinking.

Something often over looked !! Painting block wall will impact the overall performance of the assembly. V***r drive through block wall will impact the exterior finishes and expectations of the prescribed system. Working together with the painting contractor to ensure the quality of entire construction. Always ask the right questions.

Torch applied Fire Rated cap sheet membrane. Part of an assembly designed to protect the building. SBS modified roofing.

Crane days are usually top of the list for us. Crane out joists, and crane 7 new ones in all in an 8 hour day.

It's a beautiful thing when things come together. Block wall completed, joists in and roof to go on next. Excited to wrap up the remaining of this building enclosure.
