A simple check-in, listening ear, or supportive conversation can make more of a difference than we realize. Make it a consistent habit to check in on those around you even when life gets busy, on the road and beyond.

Today we recognize International Women’s Day, a global day to celebrate the achievements of women and continue working toward greater equality across every industry.

In Canada’s trucking sector, women make up about 16% of the overall workforce, but only around 4–5% of truck drivers are women behind the wheel. While the industry is evolving, there is still plenty of room to grow.

At T-Lane Transportation, we’re proud to be female-led at the upper management level and to have a diverse team that keeps our company moving every day. The women across our organization play a key role in our success.
