Over the past two days, our tent team took part in Safe Tenting Training at the Special Event Rentals Red Deer location, led by the ARA. This included both classroom learning and hands-on field training to sharpen installation skills and reinforce safe tenting practices in real event environments. Even more exciting—this marked ARA’s first international Safe Tenting Training.

A closer look at the 2026 Chamber Ball🥂

The tablescapes added so much depth to the room—each one slightly different, but all tied back to the same vision. A mix of table shapes brought movement across the space, while rich greens, gold accents, and black details kept everything feeling grounded but elevated.✨

Feathers and feature lamps softened each setting and added a bit of drama, while the ceiling drapery above pulled everything together and carried that warm, luxe feel throughout the room.

The branded bars were a great example of how impactful rental pieces can be when they’re customized.🍾Wrapped in the event’s branding, they didn’t just serve a function—they blended right into the design and became part of the overall look and experience.
