The Milestone Condominium
The Milestone Condominium is located in the Queen Alexandra neighbourhood of Edmonton, Alberta.
We will be doing exterior maintenance on the south side of the building beginning on or after October 31.
Please be aware this will include workers outside your windows and on your balconies to redo caulking. If you have privacy concerns, you may wish to close your blinds.
Access to your suite interior will not be required at this time.
We will be doing interior caulking in the near future, and will provide at least 48 hours written notice to arrange suite access at that time.
To clarify the recent Notice of Entry posting:
Cornerstone Management will be here on March 6, 2025, to check the leak detectors in each suite. Please contact their office at 780-701-7400 for any questions or concerns.
Some of the leak sensors that were placed in suites a few weeks ago do not have their batteries connected.
Please check your leak detector, and connect the battery if necessary.
The display on the front door access panel is broken and will be replaced next week.
Door codes will still work, it’s just the display that is broken.
Your guests and delivery drivers can still enter your 4 digit code and press the green call button, which will continue to ring your phone.
We’re aware there’s an issue with the hot water and a plumber is on their way to check it out.

New laundry features!
You can now check the Coinamatic app from the comfort of your couch to see which machines are available or in use. No more trips to the laundry room with a full basket of clothes, only to find there are no machines available.
If you're feeling a bit chilly this morning, it's because our boiler is down and the heat is off. A plumber will be here shortly to get it back online.
We will be installing new flooring in the front and rear stairwells starting July 6. Portions of the stairwells may be closed for short periods; please go around and use other routes if required.

The broken window at the rear entrance was caused by residents who were moving out and accidentally bumped something against the window. It will be replaced as soon as possible. Since it is not laminated glass like the doors, it may be removed and boarded up for a few days.

We are aware that the front door glass is broken and a replacement has been ordered.
It will take a week or so to arrive. In the meantime, the existing safety glass will continue to function as designed.
On November 16 we will be performing our annual suite inspections to check for plumbing and heating system leaks. Cornerstone Management will need access to all suites.
