- Turning the smaller room into an office
- Putting another door for storage room
- We're going to add another bedroom
- Changing out the furnace keeping the same heating system
- Changing the fireplace
- Adding a wet bar

How many homes should you look at before putting in an offer?
I always say that we should look at 5 - 7 homes and not be shy in putting in an offer to not miss out on your perfect home.

Here's what has been accomplished to date:
- Everything has been removed including flooring and doors
- Opening the place up to bring sunlight into the home
- Took everything out of the kitchen
- Remove a wall in the bathroom
- New doors, baseboards and windows to be installed

This is something I can struggle with and often have to remind myself about. When I'm talking to people in person I often do it with holding my arms behind my back to keep up my posture and prevent myself from holding my arms in front of my body. ⠀⠀
