Stilling well vs level chamber. What is the difference?
They may look similar, but they serve different purposes.
A stilling well helps calm liquid movement so you can get more accurate level readings.
A level chamber is used in pressurized systems to house measurement instruments.
Choosing the right one depends on your setup and application. Learn more about it here: https://bit.ly/4ucP839

Long weekend mode: on.
Did you know? Victoria Day was originally created to celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday and has been recognized in Canada since the 1800s. Today, it's often seen as the unofficial start of summer and a chance to slow down and enjoy the long weekend.
Aircom will be closed on Monday, May 18th for Victoria Day. We'll be back Tuesday and ready to get back to it.
Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable long weekend!

If your pressure readings are off, it is usually not the transmitter.
Most issues come from things like:
• Improper installation
• Missing or incorrect components
• Buildup or blockages
• Harsh process conditions
Pressure measurement depends on the full system, not just one piece of equipment.
Getting the setup right from the start helps avoid inaccurate readings and unnecessary downtime.

Most pressure measurement issues are not caused by the transmitter.
They are caused by everything around it.
One of the most overlooked components in a pressure measurement setup is the bleed ring or flush ring. Small in size, but critical in function.
In our latest blog, we break down:
• The difference between bleed rings and flush rings
• When to use each
• How they improve pressure measurement accuracy
• What to consider when specifying them
If you are working with differential pressure systems, this is one of those details that can make or break performance.

Not every application is the same.
And not every problem can be solved with a standard product.
In real-world environments, factors like heat, pressure, space, and process media all affect how instrumentation performs.
That is where custom solutions make a difference. 💡
They allow you to:
• Choose the right materials for your environment
• Ensure proper fit and installation
• Improve long-term performance and reliability
• Reduce maintenance and unexpected downtime
Sometimes the best solution is not off the shelf. It is built for the job.
