**Internet Outage Update – Gregoire**
We are aware of the current internet outage affecting customers in Gregoire.
The outage has been caused by a core equipment failure on Bell’s network equipment, which is the location where Arrow connects into the network. Bell has advised us that replacement equipment is expected to be onsite by **12:00 noon**.
Once the equipment arrives, Bell will begin the repair process, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Our team is working to complete repairs, and the estimated restoration time is **8:00 AM Monday**. As part of this repair, we will also be installing an improved redundant backup system to help prevent outages like this in the future.
We understand how frustrating service interruptions can be, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore service as quickly and reliably as possible.
