It’s finally here!! Witches mental health Grimoire book two. Many things have changed in this book. We’re dealing with heavier stuff. New prompts in a new style, new affirmations, connection with elements, inner child work, ancestral work, shadow work, new rituals and techniques, dealing with stress and triggers, tarot and how it can help. A few things stayed. Like breathing techniques and spell bottles but we’ve added some short meditations and grounding as well. I hope this next phase of journaling is both full of growth and healing. We do the hard stuff cuz we’ve got this!!! Love you all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Each mat is made from mouse pad material to be heavy duty. 40/80 cm in size. These are BIG!!

If you can’t meet up at the witches markets ect for pick up they can be shipped and we will work that out together. One usually ships for 16.00 in a bubble envelope. I try n make it skinny as possible to save on that.
