Wedding #2 is done! My lovely friend had a beautiful wedding that I was honoured to make the dessert for. I made 5 kinds of mini cupcakes, totalling 250 in all! There was pistachio, salted caramel, chocolate baileys, carrot cake, and lemon blackberry!

This is the most special cake I have ever made. I had the pleasure of making the wedding cake for my very best friend and sister . I am so happy for you Myenna and Matt! What a lovely wedding! This was also one of the hardest cakes I have made because halfway through I had to get stitches on my hand, which made decorating that much harder! All worth it in the end ❤️

Mamma Mia! I made some Mamma Mia themed sugar cookies for my sister’s bridal shower. Also made some blank white ones that people drew on with edible markers! It was tons of fun! Forgot to get a nice picture of them at the party cause I was way too busy.

I’ve been seeing brown butter chocolate chip cookies everywhere and finally decided to try them. Definitely tasty, but I’m not sure if the extra work to brown the butter made enough of a difference once they were baked. The cookie dough sure smelled amazing though and if I were to make edible cookie dough I would for sure brown the butter first!
