Office hours 🧪
Lower body power session. Half kneeling starts and accels into reactive work with repeat depth drops. Trying some out some Sanders Stops for reflexive strength. Worked up to some heavy singles for power cleans, front squat volume, finished with GHR good mornings.
Seated Ascending Hurdles ⬆️
Having some fun but competing with intent. We’re looking for quick ground contacts after the first hurdle and clean force transfer into the higher second hurdle, developing that stretch shortening cycle and reactive strength.
Great drill for learning how to attack the ground and get up fast.
Friday Night Lifts 🧪
One week left in this Exposure phase. High volume has paid off. Weights are climbing and the bar is moving 💨
