As you raise in consciousness, you become more in tune with the processes taking place at a cellular level within your body. You begin to sense that there is more happening within you than what is immediately visible or intellectually understood. You are not only aware of your own energy, but also becoming more aware of the energy of others, and the subtle ways in which that energy is felt, exchanged, and experienced.

Throughout history, there have been many great masters who have demonstrated this level of insight and awareness, Jesus being one of them, among others who embodied deep states of presence, healing, and understanding of life beyond the physical alone.

And in many ways, a lot of us are here at this time not necessarily to follow in anyone’s footsteps, but to support humanity at this new threshold. It feels like a pivotal point in humanity’s evolution, where we are being invited to expand our awareness and integrate energetics into our understanding of human potential.

Rather than separating the physical from the energetic, we begin to explore how both can coexist, how consciousness, energy, and the body may all be part of the same interconnected experience of being human.

Stepping into 5D telepathy is a learned progression with conscious awareness development:

1. Awareness of self.
2. Awareness of another person.
3. Emotional resonance & feeling energy
4. Heart coherence and connection.
5. Intuitive impressions.
6. Testing whether those impressions correspond to information held by another person.

Yeshua was a powerful energy worker here on behalf of the Kingdom of Heaven. He did not come here to show everyone how special he was, how much he stood out, or even that he was the Son of God above all others. I believe he came to show us that we all carry the same alchemy, love, and divine potential within us. The difference is that reaching that caliber of consciousness requires courage. It requires moving through difficult lessons, not spiritually bypassing, facing your shadows, healing internally, and working through your karma. Most people are runners. A lot of humans are avoiders. Most people don’t want to hear this truth because it asks something of them, but the path has always been inward😉

Enhancing and extending the biofield through cellular stimulation begins with conscious brainwave patterning directed toward the nucleus of the cell. By intentionally creating coherent states of awareness, I’m suggesting that cellular activity can become more synchronized, influencing the electrical and energetic dynamics of the body.

As this coherence expands, it may increase and strengthen the biofield within the brain, the heart, and throughout the entire human body, creating greater alignment between consciousness, cellular function, and overall energetic expression.

One thing I’d like you to remember is that 5D isn’t a destination that you arrive at and stay in permanently. It’s a state of consciousness that you’ll naturally move in and out of as you continue to grow, heal, and integrate. There will be moments when you feel deeply aligned, connected, and expanded, and other moments when old patterns, emotions, or lessons resurface for review. This doesn’t mean you’re moving backward, it means you’re being given another opportunity to clear, integrate, and embody what you’ve learned at a deeper level.

As you continue this journey, you’ll likely experience new layers of release, a purging of old energies, beliefs, and emotional residue that are no longer aligned with who you’re becoming. Each level of expansion brings new lessons, new awareness, and new opportunities for growth. Over time, what once felt like temporary glimpses of higher consciousness become your natural way of being.
