Thank you to all of my spectacular clients who made this possible, and especially for accommodating me as I represented them from a few different timezones over the past 6 weeks. This month I was fortunate to be able to advocate for my clients from the towers of Tokyo, manage multiple offers on the streets of Manhattan, and help my clients navigate a market in transition. When the market slows down for some, it creates opportunity for others. I am so excited to have a strong 4th quarter in 2022 and can’t wait to hit the ground running in 2023! 😁

Yesterday was so uplifting, our brokerage held an in-person event for the first time in 2 years to celebrate 2021, our strongest year yet! It wasn’t easy getting here, but every step in the journey was worth it. Thank you to my incredible clients, without you I couldn’t have grown my business by 150% in 2021! And of course thank you to my broker Gary who answers my calls day and night, and to the many phenomenal agents and staff in our Challenge Fam for their unwavering support that helped me get here. Cheers to an even better year in 2022, this year I’m bringing home glass! 🧊🥇😉

Got a new laptop desk for the home “office” (aka the nest chair), and I’d say it’s Chirpy approved! 😻 Whether I’m working at my desk, the dining table, or in the living room, he always wants to nearby, even if he sneaks in a cat nap while I pull the comps 😂

I love working with family and friends, so it was truly a pleasure to help my second mom find the perfect place to call home! After a couple of years in a rental with noisy neighbours, my mandate was to find a townhouse in a quiet location that MayMay and Sue could call home! After seeing many a property, and even finding a great condo in a tough complex (always review those condo docs!🤓), we came across this absolute gem! A lovingly maintained home in a quiet and well managed complex! 😍 Truly the perfect spot for two of the most wonderful people I know. Thank you so much MayMay and Sue, I couldn’t have asked for better clients! I was totally spoiled with many a home cooked meal through the process. I may have starved this summer without them! 😉😋 Cheers to your new home! 😁🥂❤️

I am so excited to be #8 in firm deals for our brokerage in the month of October, and am beyond proud to be recognized alongside so many of the best agents in the business! I’ve been working hard, and honestly October flew by in a total blur, but I am so grateful for all of the amazing clients who’ve kept me working and helped make this happen! 2020 has been a year like no other, but with the support of my family, friends, and some amazing colleagues I’m learning how to not only survive in a pandemic, but actually thrive!
