Thank you to everyone who braved the elements to attend my event last night despite the snow blizzard. We had a lively discussion about various trade, tariff, and safety issues, along with strong support for local and made-in-Alberta products. There was also significant approval for Premier Danielle Smith. Please note that some attendees requested that their pictures not be shared on social media. Out of respect for their wishes, I ask that you do not share any photos from the event. I hope to see you at our event next week at the Rooster Kitchen and Bar!

I have a few constructive questions for Nenshi. Rather than focusing on Premier Daniel Smith's criticisms, what strategies do you have to assist Edmonton Strathcona residents who are struggling with high taxes? How can we ensure affordable housing in Edmonton Strathcona? Given the decline in living standards since the NDP liberal alliance, what initiatives do you propose to improve the situation? How will you address the red tape that costs our province valuable resources? If the NDP cannot answer these questions, in Edmonton Strathcona, we need to take a closer look and work together to clean up Edmonton Strathcona and have an impact on the rest of the province in the upcoming byelection. It is essential that Edmonton Strathcona's voices are heard and the critical issues in Edmonton Strathcona's mind are addressed. UCP will amplify the concerns of Edmonton-Strathcona in support of Premier Daniel Smith as we strive to defeat Nenshi in the subsequent byelection.
Premier Daniel Smith is currently discussing and meeting U.S. influencers to address the tariffs. Her efforts illustrate a strategic approach to policymaking that seeks to safeguard both provincial and national interests while promoting economic growth. Contrary to Nenshi and Prime Minister Mark Carney's accusations of treason, Smith's actions are part of her duties as a leader, as she navigates complex economic challenges and advocates for the best outcomes for the province and country.
