This common business question often leaves creative people feeling stuck. Worries about pricing too high, uncertainty about the client's budget, and self-doubt can set in. But don't panic, there's a simple solution!
Say confidently: "| don't know. It depends." Use this script to ask questions and have a comfortable budget discussion. Remember, you're worth it!
By asking a series of questions you'll be able to have a much more comfortable conversation about budget. And this is how you price the client, not the job.

You must change your mindset.
Gaining traction, followers, engagement is just like making friends.
The 3 things that you should focus on when on Instagram, or any other social platform are (Just as from the story)
1. Have Genuine interactions with people.
When interacting, most people interact in mass/use automations and don’t pay much attention to what they are saying, but they just interact to get their numbers up. Changing this into a mindset of having genuine interactions will take more time, but it will also allow you to form genuine friendships with people that will engage with your content.
2. Make sure that your priority is adding value .
When you add value through your content multiple things happen.
People will share your content more, people will appreciate your content, people will trust your brand, and people will look forward to more of your content. The focus should not be on posting everyday but it should be on creating value through everything you post!
3. Always be present and consistent.
Treat your business as an extension of yourself. Stay consistent, use your stories to engage consistently, and keep your branding and your brand voice consistent!

A brand that is consistent in the way it appears to it’s customer is going to command more respect because they know what they stand for.
Memorable brands stick with their positioning for years. Consistency extends beyond colours and designs, however consistency in every aspect is important.
Keep your branding as consistent as possible!
Visual appeal;
A visual unappealing brand identity can turn off potential customers. Your logo, typography, and colour palette should be visually appealing and consistent across all platforms!
Not showcasing what makes you different;
Have you identified your unique selling point? This would be an expensive brand mistake to make.
The factor that differentiates you from other similar brands must come forth in your communication and branding.
Lack of research;
Without proper research, you won’t be able to identify your target audience or understand what they are looking for in a brand.
Make sure you do your market research so you can cater to the needs of your intended audience!
Forgetting to bond with your customers;
Always engage and bond with your customers and your audience. This will differentiate your brand from others as well once you position yourself as a friend.
Being in touch with your customers, enquiring about their well-being, and doing something special for them can turn your customers into brand advocates. They can become an invaluable asset in your sales and brand marketing strategy!
