Let’s talk anxiety. 🤯
I didn’t grow up with the tools to manage anxiety. I grew up being told to “suck it up”.
I quickly learned that “suck it up” doesn’t work when you have a sensitive child who deals with anxiety.
As someone who doesn’t suffer from anxiety and grew up in as “old school” way, I’ve been learning over the years how to help my daughter navigate situations that cause her to feel overwhelmed and anxious.
I can identify the shift in her body language when the anxiety creeps in. And I try to talk her through it. But I still don’t have the tools I need to help her be equipped.
I am so thankful to for creating this TOOLKIT. It’s so well organized, beautifully made, and the content is invaluable.
