On CBC they discuss more about business closures in downtown Edmonton. Construction, safety and more. These are not new problems. Now add the new parking system that alienates the older generation. What will be done to help/fix these issues? Where was the foresight for all this?

I feel paying for parking should have options.

Many of these businesses are/were open, but the construction makes it look closed aswell as unsafe.
