My muscles are sore as I learn to ride my bike, but I love all the encouraging messages people offer me as I practice-- and I am looking forward to riding together with some of the neighbours who want to join me.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions a few days ago when I mentioned wanting to start riding a bike. I bought one and am practicing every day now and it is great! I am glad you encouraged me. Please keep sending any advice about how I can get more enjoyment from this great activity.

As a newcomer, I am grateful that the Indigenous peoples for whom this part of the world was home, have shared the land and resources with all the rest of us who have come to live here. I will miss the pow-wows this spring, but I still try to learn more about Indigenous culture whenever I can

Learning is on-going and so it is a life process ... looking at the importance to always keep learning, .... how do we map out this long learning journey? Ready to take a step? ...visioning is great but taking the first step is greater. Translate your (visual) mind to that more concrete something, more visual ... ready? Remember now is the time .....👍

The nice sun ... the nice weather in Edmonton today .... is making me dream of gardening. The mulch and organic compost is getting ready.... creativity, hands on deck... getting ready to do something for yourself waoh!

That true self, that inner ego that will make you more visible is in your everyday feelings and doing(s) ....do not look far, do not think far. Everything is a journey, take one step at a time and leave space for mistakes. Creativity can also manifest in mistakes and only when you take that challenge to learn from it. Try new things... no failure in trying new things
