We are a local garlic producer. We expect our first harvest in the summer/fall of 2021. We produce Contact us for more information.
Wheat berries and freshly milled whole grain flour are currently available for sale. Locally grown on the same family farm where we produce are garlic, the wheat is certified organic. It will be available on select Saturdays the the Edmonton Downtown Farmer's Market and is available for delivery in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Garlic will be for sale soon.. We will update the market days in the near future.

Ladies and gentlemen.....I have garlic... Just harvested 450+ of Chesnok Red.. Tomorrow and Monday we will see what I can do. Then curing time. Also note that we will be at Callingwood Farmers Market (Edmonton) August 14, 21, 28 and September 11, 18 and 25th. You can contact us if you have questions. Today we went out and did some hand weeding of the garlic.. and planted veggies.
Wow., what a nice day at the farm.
It has been a fun winter. Spring has come and now.... Garlic is up.. We are looking into farmers markets around town for July, August and September. We will keep you posted on where and when before it happens..
Don't forget we have Wheat Berries and Whole Grain flour also.

We have sold out of Garlic for this year. Last weekend finished planting around 1500+ cloves. New area and 2 new varieties have been added for a trial, Prersian Star and Creme de la Rosa.
We still have whole wheat (grain) flour and wheat berries for sale.
Christmas is coming for those who make Kutia.

Callingwood Farmers Market today 10-3. Come on down for a visit and maybe some fresh produce. We have some garlic scapes, sorrel, sage and mint. The usual of wheat berries and flour.
