Just a reminder to take a look at your humidifier pad. We recommend replacing the pad once a year. This one is about 10years overdue. Not only is it wasting water, it’s plugging the drain with mineral buildup.

A couple ClimateMaster water source heat pumps swap outs. One old heat pump that has given the customer 25 years of trouble free heating and cooling. And a neglected heat hump, that could have lasted longer if it was maintained.

A little before an after. Canadian Made Napoleon furnace!

What a nutty week. We never know what we’re going to get into. Squirrels, bats, and luckily a dead wasp nest. ̇fe

This software company had enough of their old system that was plagued with problems. Switched it out for a couple of Mitsubishi’s for some redundancy. They can remove the dozen fans and turn off the central a/c that was keeping the servers cool! #ʏᴇɢʟᴏᴄᴀʟ
