We’re proud to share the successful completion of our recent 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 (𝗪𝗥𝗧) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 held April 27–29, 2026 at the First General Edmonton office.

Training and education continue to be a major focus for our team. The restoration industry is constantly evolving, and investing in our people ensures we’re prepared to respond with the knowledge, professionalism, and standards our clients and partners expect when challenges arise.

A big thank you to Carey Vermeulen for leading an excellent and engaging course, and to Amy Duchale and the WESCO team for their support throughout the training. Also appreciate all the hard work from our First General Edmonton team behind the scenes to make the event run smoothly.

At First General Edmonton, we believe the best way to serve our clients is to keep learning and sharpening our skills.

Tom Bell, Jon Leighton, Maria Wiebe, and Brayton Bjorklund spent April 14–16 in Mississauga, Ontario completing the Applied Structural Drying course, building on the technical knowledge that helps us respond effectively when it matters most.

Thank you to the Center for Disaster Recovery, and to Stephanie Beattie for leading a strong, practical, and engaging course. The training delivered real-world value, and our team is bringing that knowledge straight back to the field.
