Harvest time. Just a little red beet from the garden, only 3 and a half pounds!
Harvesting a tray of raddish, and then packaging it.
After germination, all the trays are put under the lights in our grow tents. This is a 5 rack tent that can grow about 100 trays a week. That equates to between 100 to 150 lbs of produce a week.
The whole microgreen planting process.
1) filling the trays with soil,
2) getting the seeds ready,
3) spreading the seeds and watering,
Yes, it is a very messy process!

Does anyone know what this is? I have tons of it in my garden areas. The soil in my planters are mostly recycled microgreen mats. We only grow, peas, sunflower Broccoli and raddish. No other neighboring planters have these in them so it is not a normal occurring plant in the area. We also have a lot of wild sunflowers growing. Could this be speckled peas? If you search for speckled peas, all you get is the microgreen information and no pictures of mature plants with blooms or pods.

Things really growing fast. Apples starting to fall. Tomato getting bigger. Red beets starting to pop out of the ground. Even potatoes are showing up. I tried to push ghe little potatoes under the soil, but they were blocked by bigger ones underneith.
