Growing this bed for the food bank and those who need it what should we plant i have tons of seeds and seed potatoes . First going to ammend the soil adding our compost castings and biochar and a ton of carbon to feed the microbes

Trace minerals all the little bits that plants consume to grow fast n strong .
5 types of microrhizae these fungi break down carbon sources and coat the roots holding moisture and help move the sugars from the plant to microbes and thru capillary action move the nutrients back n forth .
biochar has soo many benefits improving soil structure holding moisture and its open cellular structure create homes for beneficial microbes to colonize on and allows oxygen to be in the soil for the plants.
