This subtle enhancement is called a lip flip — and it’s all about the orbicularis oris muscle.

The orbicularis oris is the muscle that encircles the mouth. When it’s strong or dominant, it can cause the upper lip to tuck under slightly when smiling, making it appear thinner.

By strategically placing neuromodulator into this muscle, we gently relax the upper lip so it can “flip” outward — creating:
• More visible upper lip surface
• A softer smile
• Improved lip balance
• No added volume

This transformation is all about the mentalis muscle and can you believe it’s done with neurotoxin?

The mentalis sits at the chin and, when overactive, can create:
• Chin dimpling (“orange peel” texture)
• A strained or tense lower face
• Downward pulling of the lower lip
• Increased heaviness in the chin area
