We're back at Westhill and we're in the home stretch - exterior landscaping is officially underway.
This is the part that ties everything together. A Kaspa build doesn't stop at four walls and a roof. We see it through to the finished package, the full picture, the thing that makes it actually feel like home.

The lighting is the first you thing you notice. What you don’t notice: the blocking in the ceiling, the cable lengths calculated to centimetre, the coordinating between framer, electrician and finisher months before a single globe is hung.

This guest bedroom was designed with the same care and attention as every other room in the house. At Kaspa, no space is an afterthought.
The beautiful built-in cabinetry was crafted by our friends at Heronwood Cabinets, local talent doing exceptional work. Clean lines, warm tones, and storage that actually works for how people live.

The result? A guest room that feels more like a boutique hotel than a spare bedroom.

Project Westhill is complete. 🏡

This custom build was designed around one goal, a home that feels warm and inviting the moment you walk in. The entry flows into a open living space anchored by the fireplace, with clean lines and a staircase that ties it all together.

We also incorporated Akupanel acoustic panelling throughout, installed by our crew Matt and Jake, a detail that adds both function and a finished feel to the space.
Every element was chosen with everyday living in mind. Simple, functional, and built to last.
